Samalley operated a stall at Wellesbourne Market.

ANONA SMALLEY (born 05.02.1972) appeared at Telford Magistrates Court on 8th April 2019, and pleaded guilty to three offences of selling counterfeit luxury goods contrary to Section 92 of The Trademarks Act 1994. Smalley pleaded guilty and was sentenced to an £80.00 fine and was ordered to pay £85.00 prosecution costs and a £30.00 victim surcharge.

The case was brought by TM Eye as a private criminal prosecution on behalf of one of its luxury goods clients.

Undercover TM Eye operatives from the TM Eye Dedicated Undercover Unit undertook three test purchases at Wellesbourne Market between the 10th November 2018 and the 1st December 2018. Each test purchase was covertly filmed. This evidence was instrumental in prosecuting and convicting Smalley.
